Best Coffee Store offers a premium selection of coffee-related products:

- Coffee beans – Single-origin, blends, organic & flavored roasts
- Coffee accessories – Grinders, tampers, milk frothers, pour-over sets & cups
- Cleaning & maintenance – Descaling solutions, brushes, and machine care kits

4. Payments
We accept payments via UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. In case of payment failure, no amount will be debited, or any pending amount will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days.
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location and courier partner.
- A tracking link will be shared once the order is dispatched.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders above a specified threshold.
Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video or photo proof clearly showing the issue.
- Eligible returns will be refunded via the original payment method or store credit (as per your preference).
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Change of mind, taste preferences, or improper use are not eligible for refunds.
7. Warranty
Coffee machines and electrical appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty (1 to 2 years depending on brand). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by improper cleaning are not covered. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with the original invoice.
Consumables such as coffee beans, filters, and cleaning liquids are not covered under warranty.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You agree to waive any objection based on improper venue.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such collection and use. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
